This role focuses on executing end-to-end renewal motions for existing customers in the DACH region, aiming to protect and expand the customer base. Responsibilities include streamlining renewal workflows, closing renewals, driving seat expansions, monitoring auto-renewal status, and collaborating with procurement teams. The role requires strong time management, customer focus, communication, and negotiation skills, along with proficiency in CRM systems. Fluency in German and English is mandatory.

What you'd actually do

  1. Own and streamline renewal workflows, minimizing manual effort and ensuring timely execution
  2. Protect the existing customer base by closing renewals accurately and efficiently
  3. Sell additional seats to existing buyers at time of renewals, leveraging playbooks and cross-functional strategies
  4. Track and intervene when auto-renewals are disabled to prevent churn
  5. Collaborate with procurement teams to ensure smooth renewal execution
