This role focuses on maximizing the business of enterprise clients on the Uber Eats platform by supporting day-to-day operations, setup, administrative tasks, preparing client-facing materials, conducting data analysis, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. The candidate will also have direct ownership of smaller enterprise brands with guidance. Responsibilities include responding to client inquiries, preparing materials for meetings, conducting Monthly Business Reviews, and acting as a point of contact for clients.

What you'd actually do

  1. The mission of this team is to maximize the business of enterprise companies with 50 or more stores on Uber Eats platform, and develop the clients into key revenue drivers for Uber Eats in the future.
  2. The candidate will support the day-to-day operations, setup, and administrative tasks for clients managed by the Account Managers.
  3. Additionally, the candidate will prepare client-facing materials, conduct data analysis, and assist the AM. If necessary, the candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute various tasks.
  4. Also in scope is direct ownership of smaller Enterprise brands with the support and guidance of the AM

Skills

Required

  • 2-3 years experience in Account Management/Sales or Sales Support experience
  • Ability to analyze complex data and organize outputs effectively
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
