This role focuses on maximizing business with enterprise clients on the Uber Eats platform, supporting account managers with day-to-day operations, administrative tasks, client-facing materials, and data analysis. It also involves direct ownership of smaller enterprise brands and serving as a point of contact for clients.

What you'd actually do

  1. The mission of this team is to maximize the business of enterprise companies, on Uber Eats platform, and develop the clients into key revenue drivers for Uber Eats in the future.
  2. The candidate will support the day-to-day operations, setup, and administrative tasks for clients managed by the Account Managers (AM).
  3. Additionally, the candidate will prepare client-facing materials, conduct data analysis, and assist the AM.
  4. If necessary, the candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute various tasks.
  5. This position supports approximately 150 merchants under the direction of the AM.

Skills

Required

  • 2-3 years of experience in Account Management, Sales, or Sales Support
  • Ability to analyze complex data and organize outputs effectively
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
