Account Coordinator Groceries

This role supports account management for Uber Groceries, focusing on catalog management, merchandising, finance, and business performance analysis to drive merchant and customer experience and business growth.

What you'd actually do

  1. Review and curate product creation requests, maintaining an organized backlog and optimizing active SKU performance across merchant accounts.
  2. Upload promotional offers and create ad hoc collections aligned with seasonal opportunities and Growth calendar initiatives, including email and newsletter campaigns.
  3. Reconcile sales data with merchant records and support billing processes.
  4. Monitor key business KPIs and Perfect Store metrics on a regular basis.
  5. Prepare data, visualizations, and presentations for client meetings and business reviews.

Skills

Required

  • Sales analysis, data operations, commercial analytics, or e-commerce and retail operations experience
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Advanced Excel or Google Sheets
  • Intermediate/Advance in SQL
  • Experience translating business challenges into actionable solutions
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
  • Ability to build collaborative relationships

  • Experience using Salesforce
  • Highly proficient in SQL and Business Intelligence (BI) tools
