Account Development Executive role focused on growing and retaining existing restaurant and hospitality customers by managing renewals, upsells, and expansion opportunities within the SevenRooms platform. This role requires building long-term relationships, identifying strategic opportunities, and collaborating with internal teams to drive revenue growth and ensure customer success.

What you'd actually do

  1. Drive account growth: Own renewals, upsells, cross-sells, and expansion opportunities across your book of business to meet or exceed revenue targets
  2. Manage renewals proactively: Engage customers ahead of contract expiration to review goals, performance, and continued value from the platform
  3. Identify expansion opportunities: Recommend additional SevenRooms features, integrations, and services that support customer growth
  4. Pitch and close upsells: Present and sell solutions such as advanced reporting, marketing tools, and platform enhancements that increase adoption
  5. Build trusted relationships: Serve as a strategic advisor to key decision-makers, aligning SevenRooms solutions to customer goals

Skills

Required

  • 3+ years of experience in account management, sales, customer success, or a related role
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding revenue goals
  • Demonstrated success identifying and closing upsell and cross-sell opportunities
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfort working with data and using insights to inform sales and account strategies
  • Customer-first mindset
