Samsara is seeking an Account Development Representative (ADR) to join their go-to-market strategy team. This role involves lead searching, account mapping, and demand generation for Samsara's product line, focusing on industries like agriculture, construction, and transportation. The ADR will manage inbound leads, execute outbound campaigns, identify decision-makers, and collaborate on marketing campaigns. This is an entry-level sales position with a clear path for career advancement within the company.

What you'd actually do

  1. Manage inbound lead flow, qualify leads, and distribute them to appropriate sales representatives.
  2. Execute outbound campaigns to engage potential customers and generate new leads.
  3. Identify and map organizational structures to pinpoint key decision-makers within prospective accounts.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop product-focused marketing campaigns that support sales objectives.

Skills

Required

  • Willingness to conduct 80+ cold calls a day
  • Willingness to travel to the Atlanta, GA or Phoenix, AZ city centers
  • Must be currently enrolled in an accredited 4-year Bachelor's degree program or within 1 year of graduation
