Account Development Representative

This role is for an Account Development Representative at MongoDB, a company that provides a database platform for the AI era. The ADR will identify and qualify new sales opportunities, work with sales and marketing teams on outbound campaigns, and build relationships with decision-makers. What you'd actually do

  1. Identify high-potential businesses that would be a good fit to work with MongoDB for selected strategic accounts in EMEA
  2. Work with the Sales team to develop and lead outbound campaigns from idea-generation through to qualified call
  3. Develop strong sales and product knowledge
  4. Interact with IT and business decision makers via telephone and email
  5. Update lead and prospect activity in Salesforce to ensure effective lead management

Skills

Required

  • Outstanding communication skills in English (native level)
  • Time management skills and ability to work either independently or through coaching
  • Desire to work in a fast-paced and high growth environment
  • Passion for cutting-edge technology with the aptitude to learn new and exciting IT software products, as well as, understand business critical solutions quickly

Nice to have

  • An additional language between Arabic and Spanish is preferred
  • Familiarity with database, web server, and open source technology
  • Working experience with Salesforce.com
