Account Development Representative

This role is for an Account Development Representative at PitchBook, a financial data company. The primary responsibility is to generate qualified opportunities and drive early-stage pipeline within existing accounts by conducting outbound prospecting and inbound lead follow-up. The role focuses on discovery and qualification to support sales goals and revenue growth, working collaboratively with Account Managers and Business Development Representatives. What you'd actually do

  1. Drive outbound prospecting and manage inbound account leads to create qualified opportunities for AMs and BDRs, ensuring a steady flow of high-quality pipeline that supports sales goals
  2. Conduct discovery calls and thoroughly qualify prospects before handoff to ensure strong fit and conversion potential
  3. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly quotas for qualified opportunities and pipeline contribution
  4. Work with AMs, BDRs, and CSMs on a fixed book of accounts to build pipeline and drive growth through coordinated strategies
  5. Research accounts and territories to uncover new contacts, decision-makers, and growth opportunities

Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 1+ years of outbound prospecting experience
