Samsara is seeking an Account Development Representative (ADR) for their SaaS sales team. This entry-level role focuses on lead generation, account mapping, and demand building for Samsara's Connected Operations Cloud platform, which serves industries like transportation, agriculture, construction, and manufacturing. The position requires a willingness to make cold calls, develop enterprise technology sales skills, and advance into closing roles. It is a hybrid position based in Phoenix.

What you'd actually do

  1. Hunting for leads

Skills

Required

  • Ability and willingness to make 50 cold calls a day
  • At least 6 months of sales experience and/or sales prospecting ability
  • Must be currently enrolled in an accredited 4-year Bachelor's degree program or within 1 year of graduation

Nice to have

  • Demonstrate a growth mindset and a willingness to be collaborative with your teammates and in your selling process
  • 6 Months experience with Salesforce, LI Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo
  • Ability to quickly grasp technical concepts and embed AI usage into day to day operations
