What you'd actually do

  1. Own Legora's most strategic, global, and complex North America–headquartered accounts — driving firm-wide adoption and measurable value across a multinational footprint.
  2. Design the value strategy across every phase of the client relationship — from rollout through adoption, expansion, and renewal — defining what success looks like and architecting the path to it.
  3. Drive sustained engagement through value-based success planning and C-suite relationships, partnering with Legal Engineering to surface high-value use cases and reframe how clients work.
  4. Own the commercial outcome with sharp commercial acumen — shaping and closing expansions and renewals as lead negotiator, and feeding portfolio- and segment-level insight to Leadership, Product, and Marketing.
  5. Get ahead of adoption and retention risk — using data and early signals across complex, politically nuanced client organizations to activate champions, neutralize blockers, and keep momentum where others would stall.
