Account Director for OpenAI's Startups Go To Market team, focusing on building relationships with top startup customers, supporting their use of OpenAI's APIs, and driving consumption revenue. This role requires technical understanding, strategic thinking, and collaboration across internal teams to accelerate startup growth and product development.

What you'd actually do

  1. Scout and engage high-potential early-stage startups, building relationships with founders and leadership teams to drive new business opportunities and long-term growth.
  2. Drive ecosystem development and market presence by organizing events, supporting conferences, and strengthening relationships across the startup, VC, and builder community.
  3. Manage a portfolio of startups accounts, developing and executing strategies for a comprehensive account plan
  4. Partner with solutions architects to drive successful technical engagements with startups, accelerating their product development process
  5. Own a consumption revenue target & manage consumption revenue forecasts
