Account Executive responsible for driving revenue growth and customer relationships for Microsoft's cloud, AI, security, and digital transformation initiatives in Malaysia. This role involves end-to-end commercial relationship management, strategic account planning, pipeline creation, and deal closure, with a focus on accelerating AI adoption and navigating complex government and regulated customer environments.

What you'd actually do

  1. Serve as the single accountable owner for assigned accounts, managing executive relationships across CIO, CTO, CDO, Secretary General, DG, and Csuite stakeholders.
  2. Develop and execute multiyear account plans aligned to customer transformation priorities, Malaysia Government Digital Strategy, and Microsoft’s FY business goals.
  3. Drive accountable pipeline creation, forecasting accuracy, and close down revenue across Azure, AI, Security, Modern Work, and Business Applications.
  4. Accelerate Azure Consumption Revenue (ACR) and Copilot/AI adoption through strategic workload migration and expansion.
  5. Navigate complex procurement, compliance, and regulatory environments (e.g., data residency, sovereign cloud, government security requirements).
