  4. Meet and exceed individual monthly, quarterly, and annual Quarterly targets
  5. Manage the full sales cycle for both Atlas and Professional Services

Skills

Required

  • 5 years to 20 years of experience in a full sales cycle role
  • Demonstrated ability to open new accounts and run a complex sales process
  • Demonstrated history of consistent goal achievement in a highly competitive environment (top 10% performer)
  • Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication skills

Nice to have

  • Bachelors in Engineering/Bachelor of Technology
  • Experience working with Strategic/Named/Enterprise Accounts, Government and PSU customers or Digital Natives/Startups
  • Familiarity with software, database, infrastructure, or open source technology
  • Previous Sales Methodology training (e.g. MEDDIC, SPIN, Challenger Sales)
