Linear is hiring an Account Executive for APAC to drive sales of their product development platform, which is increasingly incorporating AI. The role involves building pipeline, shaping go-to-market strategy, and representing Linear in the region.

What you'd actually do

  1. Develop deep product expertise and help prospects evaluate and adopt Linear
  2. Build and own the APAC pipeline end-to-end; consistently exceed quarterly targets
  3. Partner closely across time zones with Sales, CS, Product, and Engineering to surface customer insights and shape product priorities
  4. Serve as the voice of the APAC customer internally, identifying blockers to adoption or scale
  5. Help build the foundation of Linear’s sales motion in APAC—playbooks, processes, tooling, regional feedback loops
