Verkada is seeking an Account Executive to drive sales growth for their AI-powered physical security platform in the ASEAN region. The role involves managing the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals, and providing market feedback to product and engineering teams.

What you'd actually do

  1. Source and close new business in Vietnam, Philippines and Indonesia to consistently exceed quarterly quotas.
  2. Manage the full sales cycle with prospects and clients: prospect, host online demos, create proposals, and close deals.
  3. Build a deep understanding of Verkada’s products and their place in the industry.
  4. Maintain an accurate pipeline and expert-level forecasting.
  5. Exceed goals through a mix of outbound calls, emails, online demos, and trials.

Skills

Required

  • At least 2 years of sales experience in a quota-carrying role.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong presentation skills and the ability to advise and educate clients.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, competitive, and dynamic environment.
  • Tenacity, self-motivation, and a drive to learn and grow.
  • Must be willing and able to work onsite five days per week when not travelling to meet with customers/partners.

Nice to have

  • Salesforce experience is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required.
