Account Executive role at Microsoft focused on partnering with strategic enterprise customers to drive digital transformation, with a focus on AI, Copilot, and Security solutions. What you'd actually do

  1. Customer Advocate – Develops and oversees the execution of account plan(s) to ensure Microsoft revenue targets and customer outcomes are met.
  2. Engages with internal and external stakeholders on business planning, to promote mutually beneficial customer digital transformation strategies.
  3. Orchestrate full customer team across all areas of Microsoft to ensure we are focused on delivering customer outcomes across the customer lifecycle to build deep trust with Microsoft.
  4. Industry Relevant Trusted Seller** **– Proactively develops a strong understanding of the customer’s business, industry priorities to drive new business opportunities/ drive growth/net new business.
  5. Deliver Sales Excellence – Leads and orchestrates extended virtual teams across our solution areas to consistently achieve growth in revenue & market share.

Skills

Required

  • 7+ years experience in working in an industry (e.g., Financial Services, Retail, Manufacturing, Healthcare, Energy, Government, Education), driving digital transformation, or other relevant work experience (e.g., consulting, technology)
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Technology, or related field AND 5+ years experience working in an industry (e.g., Financial Services, Retail, Manufacturing, Healthcare, Energy, Government, Education), driving digital transformation, or other relevant work experience (e.g., consulting, technology)
  • Master's Degree in Business Administration AND 4+ years experience working in an industry (e.g., Financial Services, Retail, Manufacturing, Healthcare, Energy, Government, Education), driving digital transformation, or other relevant work experience (e.g., consulting, technology)
  • equivalent experience
