Enterprise Account Executive responsible for driving bookings growth in new and existing accounts, focusing on the enterprise segment. This role involves prospecting, pipeline management, account strategy execution, and customer expansion, working with various internal teams and partners to exceed sales quotas. What you'd actually do

  1. Define and execute sales plans for the assigned territory to meet and exceed quota through prospecting, qualifying, managing, and closing sales opportunities
  2. Develop and manage sales pipeline to move a large number of strategic transactions through the sales process
  3. Identify and close new opportunities for growth working with a mix of mid- large enterprise accounts
  4. Present Rubrik, Inc. solutions within complex data center design environments
  5. Co-sell and strategize with partners, distributors, and VAR’s to enable rapid growth

Skills

Required

  • 5+ years Tech sales closing experience (selling either IT Infrastructure or SaaS – ideally both) into mid – large orgs
  • Consistent track record landing net "new logos" via self sourced pipeline generation activities
  • Has ideally translated IT pain into business outcomes - Exp selling a complex solution into IT personas
  • Ability to build strong champions
  • Understanding and experience working with channel partners & SDR's
  • Highly driven, goal oriented "get it done" attitude
  • Naturally driven, high levels of Integrity, grit / tenacity but still coachable

Nice to have

  • Ideally understands & has used MEDDPICC as a sales qualification tool & Command of the message
