Account Executive for T-Mobile Business Team Sales, focusing on acquiring new small business accounts (1-9 employees) by prospecting, cold-calling, and understanding customer needs to sell wireless solutions. This is a hunter role with a focus on meeting sales quotas and developing negotiation and closing skills.

What you'd actually do

  1. Generate and work leads in developed and underdeveloped territories through prospecting, cold calling, and networking under sales manager supervision.
  2. Recommend wireless solutions, including price plans, data services, handsets, and accessories.
  3. Negotiate and close deals.
  4. Develop skills in prospecting, call execution, and relationship management with leadership. Participate in product training and sales meetings.
  5. Create effective sales approaches, solutions, and proposals.

Skills

Required

  • High School Diploma/GED
  • Task Management Ability to work well in a dynamic, fast changing environment that requires a high degree of multi-tasking.
  • Customer Service Demonstrated experience delivering superior customer service and attention to detail.
  • Communication Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
  • Negotiation Effective negotiating and closing skills, including communication, emotional intelligence, and problem-solving.

Nice to have

  • 1+ years verifiable new customer acquisition sales experience, preferably within a commissioned environment.
