Account Executive, Commercial - West

Vanta is seeking a Commercial Account Executive to drive net-new logo acquisition in the Commercial segment. This role focuses on closing six-figure deals, managing the full sales cycle, and collaborating with internal teams. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in B2B SaaS sales, strong pipeline generation skills, and executive presence. Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment is essential. The role encourages the use of AI tools to enhance efficiency and impact.

What you'd actually do

  1. Own and drive net-new business acquisition within the Enterprise and Mid-Market segments
  2. Close 5+ six-figure opportunities per quarter, managing the full sales cycle from initial outreach through contract execution
  3. Build and maintain a strong pipeline through outbound prospecting, inbound leads, and partner/channel collaboration
  4. Engage directly with senior stakeholders (CISO, CIO, CTO) to deliver tailored, consultative value propositions
  5. Work closely with legal, product, engineering, solution engineers, and GRC specialists throughout the deal cycle
