The role involves leading the sales process, driving new business sales, and growing existing accounts by leveraging solution selling expertise to meet customer needs and build strategic partnerships. The Account Executive will collaborate with internal teams and coordinate industry events to generate market interest.

What you'd actually do

  1. Manage a dedicated territory in Growth Business (51-300 employees) space, overseeing the entire sales cycle.
  2. Lead the sales process to ensure delivery against key performance metrics, with a strong focus on new business sales, while rapidly growing existing accounts.
  3. Use your solution selling expertise to respond effectively to customer needs and identify business potential, building strategic, long-term partnerships.
  4. Strengthen client relationships through regular engagement and face-to-face meetings.
  5. Coordinate and lead industry events and user groups to generate market interest.

Skills

Required

  • Proven track record of success in sales.
  • 4-5 years of experience in the entire sales cycle of complex SAAS solutions.
  • Ability to build positive relationships internally and with customers, demonstrating credibility and trust.
  • Effective communication skills with the ability to build influential relationships and deliver results in a cross-functional environment.
  • Successful history of net new business sales, with the ability to consistently deliver against targets.
  • A strong drive, adaptability, and enthusiasm to build a career at Salesforce.
  • Advanced level of English.
