Account Executive - Creativity and Productivity (c&p)

Account Executive for Adobe's Creative Cloud and Document Cloud portfolios in the DACH region, focusing on corporate clients. Responsibilities include managing and growing a portfolio of accounts, driving revenue through upselling and cross-selling, developing strategic account plans, engaging with senior executives, and coordinating internal teams. Requires B2B software sales or strategic account management experience, strong hunting and pipeline development skills, and fluency in German and English.

What you'd actually do

  1. Manage and grow a portfolio of designated accounts within the DACH region, concentrating primarily on the Corporate segment
  2. Drive additional revenue growth and boost retention by recognizing opportunities for expansion, upselling, and cross-selling within Creative Cloud and Document Cloud
  3. Build and complete strategic account plans that align Adobe solutions with each customer’s business priorities and objectives
  4. Engage key business collaborators, including senior executives, to uncover critical challenges and position Adobe as a strategic partner
  5. Coordinate internal Adobe teams, including product specialists, solution consultants, marketing, and legal, as well as external partners and resellers, to complete account strategies effectively

Skills

Required

  • Native fluency in German
  • Advanced proficiency in English
  • At least 3 years of experience in B2B software sales or strategic account management
  • Proven success managing complex sales cycles and engaging multiple collaborators across larger organizations
  • A strong hunting approach combined with a proactive and organized strategy for pipeline development and account growth
  • Positive relationship building and influencing skills, particularly with senior business decision makers
  • The capability to operate within matrixed organizations and unite cross-functional teams around customer success
  • Willing to travel up to 20% within the DACH region
