DoorDash is hiring an Account Executive to join their Regional Sales team. The role focuses on building partnerships with local and regional restaurants, introducing them to DoorDash's platform and merchant solutions. The AE will own the complete sales process from prospecting to closing deals in a transactional deal cycle, working in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment. This role requires at least 1+ years of outbound sales experience, experience in fast-paced, short sales cycles, and a track record of achieving targets. Experience in restaurants or hospitality and multilingualism are a plus. The compensation includes base salary and sales commission.

What you'd actually do

  1. Build strong first impressions with restaurant decision makers through high-volume outbound cold calling and creative outreach
  2. Manage a full sales cycle to attain new business from small to midsize merchants
  3. Succeed in a quota-carrying environment with daily and weekly metrics
  4. Create a great first impression with merchants to build a pipeline of qualified leads
  5. Help transform the way restaurants monetize through on-demand delivery service
