What you'd actually do

  1. Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting and qualification through to negotiation and close — managing multiple complex deals with enterprise clients (deal sizes ranging from $100K to $1M+).
  2. Engage C-suite and senior decision-makers across Marketing, Product and IT to define and deliver transformative customer engagement solutions.
  3. Drive value-based selling using MEDDPICC, clearly articulating Braze’s business impact and ROI.
  4. Prospect strategically using market research, networking, and partnerships to identify and create new opportunities.
  5. Collaborate cross-functionally with Business Development, Marketing, Solutions Consultants, Customer Success, and Services to deliver exceptional customer outcomes.
  6. Grow existing accounts through expansion and upsell opportunities that align with customer goals.
  7. Champion innovation, leveraging AI tools and modern productivity platforms to maximize efficiency and performance.

Skills

Required

  • 8+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience in CRM, Marketing Automation, CDP, Analytics, or related MarTech solutions.
  • Proven track record of exceeding quota in complex enterprise deal cycles within Singapore.
  • Exceptional presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills — confident in leading conversations with C-level executives.
  • Skilled in navigating internal teams and partner ecosystems to build strong relationships across various departments and deliver strong business outcomes.
  • Comfortable with Salesforce CRM and modern sales productivity tools, including AI-driven applications.
  • Resourceful, adaptable, and motivated to build and grow the Braze community in the market.
