This role is for an Account Executive at Braze, a customer engagement platform that uses AI to personalize customer experiences. The AE will be responsible for selling SaaS solutions, managing deal cycles, and building relationships with enterprise clients. While the company utilizes AI extensively in its product, this specific role is focused on sales and does not involve building or deploying AI models.

What you'd actually do

  1. Execute deal cycles from inception to close, navigating through various stakeholders within large organizations. Deal sizes typically range from $500K to $2.5M+.
  2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at all levels of an organization.
  3. Drive value-based selling strategies, leveraging MEDPICC to effectively articulate our value proposition.
  4. Proactively identify and qualify new opportunities through targeted prospecting, networking, and market research efforts to continually build your pipeline.
  5. Create strategic growth opportunities for your existing customer base.

Skills

Required

  • SaaS selling experience
  • Enterprise sales experience
  • Value-based selling techniques
  • Salesforce.com CRM experience

Nice to have

  • Force Management’s sales training; Command of the Message and MEDDPICC
  • Italian, Spanish or Hebrew speaking
