This role is for an Account Executive focused on selling Freshworks' enterprise-grade, AI-powered customer and employee experience software solutions. The primary focus is on driving sales growth and closing complex deals within a territory, requiring strong SaaS sales expertise and relationship-building skills with C-level executives.

What you'd actually do

  1. Execute territory strategies to win new enterprise business, expand market presence, and consistently exceed growth targets.
  2. Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting to negotiation and closure while surpassing revenue goals.
  3. Build trusted relationships with C-level executives by understanding their business challenges, tailoring industry-relevant use cases, and delivering outcome-driven value conversations.
  4. Partner cross-functionally with Business Development, Pre-Sales, Marketing, Implementations, Billing, and Deal Desk to deliver seamless customer experiences.
  5. Develop and maintain a robust, high-quality pipeline with accurate forecasting and complete opportunity tracking.
