What you'd actually do

  1. Own enterprise accounts end to end: prospecting, discovery, negotiation, close, and expansion
  2. Sell Zapier’s AI-powered automation platform to enterprises moving from manual workflows to orchestrated, AI-first operations
  3. Show up in the field: build relationships at events, conferences, and executive briefings that go deeper than a LinkedIn connection
  4. Build relationships across the org—from the people doing the work up to the C-suite
  5. Lead conversations that help customers think through the real business impact of automation, not just the product features

Skills

Required

  • 5+ years of demonstrated success in selling horizontal SaaS solutions to multi-stakeholder or technical organizations
  • Proven track record of success in closing enterprise-level software deals over $100K and meeting or exceeding your sales quota
  • Strong understanding of APIs, integrations, and tools like Zapier
  • Naturally curious about AI and regularly experiment with different AI tools
  • Demonstrated ability to discuss IT concerns (security, scalability, compliance, performance)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to develop and navigate senior-level relationships quickly and effectively
  • Thrive in a state of ambiguity and motivated by strong personal drive
  • Actively building with AI tools and can articulate value to an enterprise buyer
