Account Executive, Enterprise - New York City Metro

1Password is seeking an Account Executive for their Enterprise sector in the New York City Metro area. The role involves hunting new business, building sales pipeline, and driving growth within existing accounts, focusing on their Extended Access Management platform. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of SaaS sales experience, a proven track record of exceeding quotas, and advanced skills in prospecting, pipeline management, and value-based selling within cybersecurity, particularly Identity and Access Management.

What you'd actually do

  1. Manage and grow your designated territory, focusing on acquiring new Enterprise clients and expanding existing accounts.
  2. Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through proactive prospecting, inbound leads, cold calling, and networking, utilizing MEDDPPICC.
  3. Design and implement effective sales strategies to: Navigate complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders, often extending 6-12 months, and managing large ARR opportunities.
  4. Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell 1Password’s solutions within existing accounts, leveraging your understanding of our Extended Access Management platform.
  5. Build collaborative relationships with internal teams (e.g. BDR, Solutions, Channels, Onboarding, Customer Success) to develop tailored solutions that meet client needs and drive satisfaction
