Deel is seeking an Account Executive, Enterprise to join their team. This role will focus on selling Deel's payroll and HR platform to companies with 2,000+ employees. The ideal candidate will have experience in enterprise sales, a consultative approach, and the ability to build relationships with C-level executives. Deel is a fast-growing SaaS company transforming the future of work.

What you'd actually do

  1. Own a targeted account list and develop account plans for winning business with companies between 2,000+ employees
  2. Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly and yearly revenue targets
  3. Continually develop a robust sales pipeline through individual outreach, collaborating with your sales development rep, and managing inbound prospects
  4. Navigate an enterprise to map stakeholders, build champions, generate buy-in and close deals with C-Level decision makers
  5. The instincts to recognize organizational financial and behavioral structures and obstacles

Skills

Required

  • 4+ years selling in the Enterprise segment
  • A track record of developing a greenfield territory, adding net new logos in an Enterprise software role
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships with Fortune 5000 senior line-of-business executives
  • Hunter mentality with solid Sales DNA and appetite for continual learning
  • Desire to work for a fast-paced startup and take on increasing levels of responsibility
