Stripe is seeking an Account Executive for their Existing Business team in CEE. This role focuses on growing revenue from existing customers by understanding their needs and demonstrating how Stripe's financial infrastructure can be a competitive advantage. Responsibilities include managing the full sales cycle, developing account plans, leading negotiations, and building relationships with executive stakeholders. The ideal candidate has 4+ years of sales experience, preferably with technical products, strong negotiation and communication skills, and a deep interest in technology.

What you'd actually do

  1. Work with existing Startup and SMB Stripe customers to develop and execute long-term sales strategies to expand Stripe’s revenue
  2. Own the full sales cycle, from business case development, deal structuring and negotiating, to close and activation
  3. Own a named account list and develop account plans for winning and expanding business with high growth technology companies
  4. Develop outbound strategies to create and nurture opportunities
  5. Drive deal strategy and commercial negotiations for large, complex renewals

Skills

Required

  • 4+ years of sales experience
  • selling a highly technical product to enterprise customers
  • Ability to understand technical requirements and craft solutions across multiple products
  • Ability to develop and execute account plans spanning multiple business units across complex organizations
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Proven ability to lead complex negotiations involving bespoke commercial agreements
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Ability to operate in a highly ambiguous and fast-paced environment
  • Strong interest in technology and a deep understanding of the space
