Deel is seeking an Account Executive to manage the full sales cycle for renewals, upsell, and cross-sell of their global payroll and HR platform. The role involves communicating with clients to understand their needs, explaining product value, collaborating with internal departments, and meeting revenue targets. While the company utilizes AI-powered tools and AI systems in its hiring process, this role is focused on sales and client management, not AI development.

What you'd actually do

  1. Communicate with clients to understand their needs and explain product value
  2. Manage the full sales cycle for renewals, upsell and cross-sell using cross-departmental expertise as primary resources
  3. Collaborate with internal departments to facilitate client needs fulfilment
  4. Proactively engage cross-functionally to bring new product development, client engagement and competitive intelligence strategies to the larger team
  5. Meet or exceed monthly and yearly revenue targets

Skills

Required

  • 3+ years of closing sales experience
  • minimum of 2 year selling into the Benelux market
  • proven track record of developing a greenfield territory and expanding business
  • SFDC proficiency
  • Experience in cross-functional teams to ensure Customer Success and satisfaction
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English and Dutch
