Account Executive responsible for building client relationships within enterprise businesses in the Financial Services and Insurance (FSI) sector, focusing on data or cloud-related technology. What you'd actually do

  1. Achieve sales quotas for allocated, prospective accounts and on a quarterly and annual basis by developing a sales strategy in the allocated territory with a target prospect list, and a regional sales plan.
  2. Develop marketing plans with the marketing team to drive revenue growth.
  3. Be the trusted advisor to the customer by understanding their existing and future IT roadmap to drive the Snowflake solution within the marketplace.
  4. Prospect qualification and the development of new sales opportunities and ongoing revenue streams.
  5. Arrange and conduct initial Executive and CxO discussions and positioning meetings.

What the JD emphasized

  • 10+ years of field sales experience preferred with an emphasis on data or cloud related technology
  • 5+ year’s industry focused experience and generating new business within prospective enterprise accounts in the FSI space, ideally Fintech or Payments
  • Proven ability to independently manage, develop, and close new client relationships
  • Experience hitting quota of $1M+ of ARR per year
  • A track record of success in driving consistent activity, pipeline development and quota achievement
  • Executive level relationship management
