What you'd actually do

  1. Lead strategic sales engagements across NSW Government and Education accounts, driving adoption of Salesforce solutions aligned to key transformation priorities
  2. Identify, shape, and progress complex opportunities, managing long, multi stakeholder sales cycles with a consultative, value based approach
  3. Build and maintain senior relationships across business and technology leaders, acting as a trusted advisor to influence decision making
  4. Navigate government procurement processes, compliance requirements, and funding models with confidence
  5. Collaborate with Solution Engineers, Industry Advisors, Customer Success, and partners to co create scalable, outcome focused solutions

Skills

Required

  • Proven success in enterprise sales within SaaS, technology, or complex B2B environments
  • Experience selling into government and or strong understanding of public sector structures, procurement, and decision making cycles
  • Ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders, including executive and policy level leaders
  • Strong commercial acumen with a track record of managing complex deals and delivering against targets
  • Skilled at navigating ambiguity and building momentum across long sales cycles
  • Collaborative approach, with experience working cross functionally to deliver customer outcomes
