Linear is seeking an Account Executive, Growth for their European team based in London. This role focuses on selling their product development platform to companies, with an emphasis on leveraging AI's impact on software development. The AE will generate pipeline, build relationships, and act as the voice of the customer, contributing to the company's growth and product evolution.

What you'd actually do

  1. Become a product expert and help customers use Linear effectively; assist prospects through the trial and evaluation phase
  2. Generate a strong pipeline and exceed quarterly and annual targets
  3. Build relationships with key stakeholders within accounts
  4. Stay up to date with our product offering, industry trends, competitive landscape, and market trends to continuously adapt sales strategies and approaches for maximum impact
  5. Be the voice of the customer; advocate for customers by surfacing product or adoption blockers to our product team
