Stripe is seeking an Account Executive for their Italy team to drive growth by building relationships with existing and prospective users, managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, and leading commercial negotiations. The role requires 8+ years of sales experience in technology or fintech, strong presentation and negotiation skills, and the ability to understand complex business problems and craft solutions.

What you'd actually do

  1. Own a named account list and develop account plans for winning and expanding business with middle market and enterprise companies
  2. Develop outbound strategies to create and nurture opportunities
  3. Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, to go live for middle market and enterprise companies
  4. Own contract renewals and lead commercial negotiations to increase and retain existing customer revenue and Stripe market share
  5. Develop relationships with executive stakeholders at new and existing users
