  • 7+ years of success in growing revenue for sophisticated, complex enterprise SaaS products
  • Proven ability to evangelize, educate, and create demand within Product, Digital, and Engineering organizations.
  • Track record of closing deals with Product Managers, Head of Engineering, and CISOs.
  • Deep discovery skills that resonate with the developer community
  • Strong grasp of the product development lifecycle, DevOps, engineering terminology, and product management.
  • Strong technical acumen
  • Ability to connect a technical "feature" sale to a company’s broader business and digital transformation outcomes.
  • Outstanding presentation skills with audiences of all levels—from Developers/Architects to C-Suite Executives.
  • Expertise using a Sales Framework such as MEDDPICC, Challenger, or Sandler
  • High-level energy and rigor regarding CRM hygiene, accurate forecasting, and opportunity management.
  • Native-level fluency in Korean
  • Professional proficiency in English.
  • Confident and self-driven
