Deel is seeking an Account Executive for their Mid-Market team in North America. This role involves developing and managing a targeted account list, guiding prospective customers through the buying journey, meeting revenue targets, and maintaining a robust sales pipeline. The ideal candidate has 4+ years of full sales cycle experience, including at least 2 years in SaaS and 1 year selling to mid-market accounts, with a proven track record of developing greenfield territories and adding new logos. The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams and a desire to work in a fast-paced startup environment.

What you'd actually do

  1. Develop and own a targeted account list and develop a territory plan for winning business with companies between 201-2,000 employees
  2. Manage the customer buying journey from start to finish, providing subject matter expertise and guidance to prospective customers
  3. Meet or exceed monthly and yearly revenue targets
  4. Continually develop a robust sales pipeline through individual outreach, collaborating with your sales development representative, and managing inbound prospects
  5. Keep CRM system up to date with customer information, forecasts, and pipeline data so we can learn more about our business and our sales process
