Skills

Required

  • Relevant B2B sales experience
  • Proven track record of achieving revenue targets and successfully managing full sales cycles
  • Ability to build strong relationships with clients and navigate multi-stakeholder environments
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Experience working in fast-paced or high-growth environments
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and sales processes
  • A track record of developing a greenfield territory across BENELUX region, adding net new logos with mid-sized and large enterprise accounts
  • Collaborative, proactive, and results-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills
  • Fully proficient in Dutch and English

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with structured sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDIC, Challenger, customer-centric selling)
