What you'd actually do

  1. Build and nurture long-term relationships with prospective and existing customers.
  2. Conduct discovery to deeply understand client business challenges and objectives.
  3. Present and demonstrate the Braze platform’s capabilities tailored to customers needs.
  4. Partner with internal teams including Solutions Consulting and Customer Success to ensure customer success.
  5. Drive revenue growth by closing new business and expanding existing accounts.
