What you'd actually do

  1. Establish the OSP presence in Ireland, moving from a "blank slate" to a thriving, revenue-generating ecosystem.
  2. Build and nurture deep-rooted relationships within the Irish Partner Ecosystem and onboard them as OSP partners.
  3. Work with Irish OSPs to design and scale industry-specific solutions, focusing on Digital Labour and Agentic AI to transform front, middle, and back-office operations.
  4. Serve as the face of OSP in Ireland, working seamlessly with the Irish Salesforce sales teams to promote the OSP model within their businesses and pipelines
  5. Achieve ambitious growth targets through net-new revenue, leveraging a "challenger" mindset to disrupt traditional service models.
