Account Executive, Polish & German Speaker

Box is seeking a German and Polish speaking Account Executive to manage the sales cycle for their Intelligent Content Management platform, which leverages enterprise AI to transform business workflows. The role involves prospecting, conducting discovery calls and demos, negotiating deals, and closing new and existing business within the SMB segment in Switzerland, Austria, and Eastern Europe. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of closing experience in technology sales, a proven track record of success, and a growth mindset with the ability to leverage AI for decision-making.

What you'd actually do

  1. Manage the entire sales cycle, which includes prospecting, conducting discovery calls and demos, negotiating deals, and closing new & existing business across all industries in the Small Medium Business segment in Switzerland, Austria and Eastern Europe (1-2000 employees).
  2. Conduct thorough research to understand your customers and prospects better. Gain insight into their unique business challenges and how Box can provide value.
  3. Drive the sales process by influencing key stakeholders both internally and externally.
  4. Develop a comprehensive territory plan that covers all aspects of your target market.
  5. Schedule visits to meet customers face-to-face within your assigned territory.

Skills

Required

  • Fluent in German and Polish
  • 2+ years of closing experience in a sales role, with a proven track record of success
  • Clear examples of successfully closing deals using an established sales process
  • Effectively utilises a repeatable method for identifying untapped opportunities and expanding into new territories

Nice to have

  • Prior success in technology sales is preferred
