Account Executive for Lattice, a people success platform. This role focuses on driving new business acquisitions, prospecting cold accounts, conducting discovery calls, showcasing product knowledge, onboarding new customers, and managing contract renewals. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of SaaS full-cycle closing experience and strong communication skills.

What you'd actually do

  1. Drive new business acquisitions to consistently meet or exceed monthly sales quotas.
  2. Prospect and engage cold accounts, contributing to 30% of your monthly target.
  3. Conduct insightful discovery calls to identify and address potential customers' business challenges and goals.
  4. Showcase deep knowledge of Lattice products and their industry positioning to assist customers in evaluating our solutions.
  5. Onboard 6-12 new customers each month, contributing to our rapid growth.
