1Password is hiring an Account Executive SMB to manage a territory in the EMEA market, focusing on hunting new business and upselling into existing accounts. The role requires 2+ years of SaaS sales experience, a proven track record of meeting quotas, and strong skills in prospecting, pipeline building, and solution selling within the cybersecurity domain, particularly Identity and Access Management. The company is a leader in cybersecurity, serving over 180,000 businesses, including AI companies, and is experiencing significant growth.

What you'd actually do

  1. Hunting new business opportunities, building sales pipeline, and driving growth within the SMB sector.
  2. Upselling into the existing account base, leveraging our Extended Access Management platform.
  3. Own a specific geographical region or country within the EMEA market.
  4. Manage and grow your designated geographical region or country within EMEA, focusing on acquiring new SMB clients and expanding existing accounts.
  5. Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through proactive prospecting, inbound leads, cold calling, and networking, utilizing our formalized sales process, MEDDPPICC.
