DocuSign is seeking an Account Executive for their SMB segment in Munich, Germany. This role focuses on relationship management and revenue expansion within existing SaaS accounts, driving growth by identifying new use cases and upselling broader DocuSign solutions. The position involves qualifying sales opportunities, positioning the value proposition, processing sales orders, and managing customer loyalty.

What you'd actually do

  1. Deliver programmatic engagement with existing Docusign clients to develop and maintain relationships while helping to grow Docusign’s incremental revenue by uncovering additional use cases and opportunities to position the broader Docusign agreement cloud
  2. Qualify sales opportunities based on Docusign’s sales methodology and metrics, to include client fit and success criteria
  3. Position Docusign's value proposition as part of the overall business solution, linking these benefits back to the key business issues of the client
  4. Expand the Docusign solution beyond the functionality introduced during implementation process and consistently seek new business opportunities by presenting, recommending, and upselling new Docusign products, services and partner solutions
  5. Process sales orders and facilitate customer onboarding
