Account Executive, SMB responsible for the sale of integrated communication structures to small-to-medium businesses. This role involves developing customer relationships, delivering sales presentations, promoting bundled products, and generating new leads through prospecting activities. The primary focus is on exceeding sales targets and ensuring customer retention.

What you'd actually do

  1. Responsible for the sale of integrated communication structure to small-to-medium business customer.
  2. Develops relationships with individual businesses and the community and positions the Comcast brand as key components of the sales strategy and keeps with Comcast's touchstones.
  3. Assists with the creation and delivery of face-to-face sales presentations that demonstrate knowledge of the latest Comcast products and services.
  4. Promotes the sale of bundled products to ensure the optimal solution for the customer.
  5. Generates new leads with targeted businesses through various prospecting activities, including cold calling, canvassing, customer referrals and partner relationships.
