What you'd actually do

  1. Own inbound leads of prospects. Manage top of funnel conversion through qualification, demo, through close.
  2. Manage full sales cycles of opportunities. Run tight discovery calls and need assessments to evaluate fit against our ideal customer profile. Your job is to connect dots quickly and accurately.
  3. Nurture leads. Keep momentum alive with smart, value-driven follow-up that guides prospects through the early stages of the journey.
  4. Partner with Sales & Marketing. Align with campaign priorities and collaborate closely with GTM stakeholders to drive results
  5. Keep the pipeline clean. Log activity in Salesforce and enable clear forecasting and reporting.

Skills

Required

  • 3-4 years experience in a customer facing Sales or a Sales Associate role
  • Familiarity with tools like Salesforce, Outreach, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Strong communication skills: persuasive, concise, and human in writing and in speech
  • Highly organized and comfortable managing multiple outreach streams at once
  • A curious, motivated learner with strong instincts for prioritization
  • Resilience and drive: you take feedback well, act fast, and don’t let a no slow you down
  • A collaborative mindset: you’re team-first and know how to hand off, sync up, and help others win

Nice to have

  • Ideally in SaaS, tech, or financial services
  • A SDR, BDR background is beneficial
