Deel is hiring Account Executives for their SMB segment to drive full-cycle sales of their global payroll and HR platform, which includes AI-powered tools. The role involves new logo acquisition, upselling/cross-selling, building strategic partnerships, and managing a book of accounts. Requires a hunter mentality, 2+ years of SaaS sales experience, and strong communication skills.

What you'd actually do

  1. Drive Full-Cycle Sales: Own the entire process from outbound prospecting and lead qualification to negotiation and closing, maintaining a healthy and accurate pipeline.
  2. Uncover & Expand: Identify and generate revenue through both new logo acquisition and upselling/cross-selling Deel’s suite of HR and payroll solutions to existing clients.
  3. Build Strategic Partnerships: Act as a consultant for founders and executives, understanding their internal processes to recommend tailored solutions that drive change and maximize lifetime value.
  4. Own Your Book: Proactively manage a book of accounts, leading business reviews and executing plans to increase renewal rates and revenue potential.
  5. Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner closely with Sales Development, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure a seamless experience from the first conversation to long-term partnership.

Skills

Required

  • SDR/BDR and AE roles experience
  • Generating pipeline through cold calling, email, and LinkedIn outreach
  • 2+ years of experience in a sales closing role (SaaS/Tech preferred)
  • Success in multi-product or solution-based sales
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Highly organized
