Linear is building the product development system for teams and agents, with AI fundamentally changing how software is built. This role focuses on accelerating growth by layering a product-led sales motion onto their existing self-serve business, helping high-impact companies build better software.

What you'd actually do

  1. Become a product expert and help customers use Linear effectively; assist prospects through the trial and evaluation phase
  2. Generate a strong pipeline and exceed quarterly targets
  3. Build relationships with key stakeholders within accounts
  4. Be the voice of the customer; advocate for customers by surfacing product or adoption blockers to our product team

Skills

Required

  • 3+ years in a quota-carrying sales role
  • Experience selling to a technical audience
  • SaaS and startup experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, and product demonstration skills

Nice to have

  • previous experience working with a collaboration or developer tool
