What you'd actually do

  1. Effectively position Workday’s products as the enterprise application of choice by understanding the competitive landscape and customer needs
  2. Drive complex sales cycles through orchestrating internal teams of pre-sales, value management, bid management, inside sales, marketing and sales support
  3. Cultivate mutually helpful relationships with strategic partners
  4. Maintain accurate and timely customer, pipeline, and forecast data
  5. Provide support for marketing activities and events

Skills

Required

  • Prior experience in business application sales, preferably in an ERP environment
  • Ability to understand and effectively explain the benefits of an on-demand/web services architecture
  • Proven ability in managing complex sales cycles from start to finish with a track record of successful revenue attainment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Familiarity with consultative selling methodologies
  • A Bachelor's degree is required
