Verkada is seeking motivated, results-driven Sales professionals to join their Mid-Market West Corp Team. This role involves sourcing and closing new business, managing the full sales cycle, and acting as a trusted advisor to customers and partners. The company offers an AI-powered platform for security and building management.

What you'd actually do

  1. Source and close new business to consistently meet or exceed quarterly sales quotas
  2. Build an intimate understanding of Verkada products and their place in the industry
  3. Manage the full sales cycle: Prospect for new customers, host online demos, create proposals, and close deals
  4. Maintain accurate pipeline management with expert-level forecasting
  5. Consistently exceed activity targets through proactive outreach via phone calls, emails, conducting online demos, and facilitating trials.

Skills

Required

  • At least 2 years of sales experience in a quota-carrying capacity
  • Highly effective communication skills, with ability to build rapport, nurture relationships, and strong presentation skills
  • Thrive in a dynamic, competitive, and fast-paced startup environment

Nice to have

  • Experience in Salesforce is a plus
  • Bachelors degree preferred but not required
