What you'd actually do

  1. Build and grow long-term partnerships by understanding what matters most to restaurant owners in Poland—not just selling a platform.
  2. Navigate the hustle of cold-calling and walk-ins to reach decision-makers, staying resilient through the inevitable “no.”
  3. Pitch our value proposition with clarity and heart, helping partners understand how Uber Eats can scale their business in a competitive market.
  4. Negotiate complex deals and exclusive agreements with top-tier partners, balancing their needs with Uber’s strategic goals.
  5. Own the transition from signed contract to live partner, ensuring new restaurants are unblocked and set up for success from day one.

Skills

Required

  • 2+ years of experience in B2B sales within a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to travel locally to visit prospects and partners in person
  • Fluency in Polish and English
  • Proven experience in cold-calling, prospecting, and managing a sales pipeline

Nice to have

  • Experience with SQL and Salesforce to drive data-informed decision-making
  • Proficiency in an additional industry-relevant language
  • Strong systems thinking and the ability to work well in highly ambiguous situations
  • A track record of managing long-term enterprise accounts or high-growth territories
